Let's start off by digging some more into your personal life. Your studies, they are pretty computer related and as a gamer you may be interested in this kind of business. How come you don't like doing it ?
Maybe I only enjoy doing what I'm successful in... I'm not a good programmer, I lack the motivation. I look up to people who program very well and enjoy doing it. It is just boring to me :)
So are you planning to change your studies or are you first going to finish them off and start another one after that ?
I'm still continuing them, trying to make the best of it. When I really get stuck I might have to do something else... time will tell.
Could you describe how a normal day looks like for impulse ?
I get up late (around noon) since my classes are in the afternoon. Then I go to the university if I have to, else stay home and watch some 24/movies or play some games. I also have to work for school at home. At 18.00 we decide whether or not to go to the city (food & pubs) or stay at home. When I'm staying at home I play Quake4 whenever I feel like it or watch some more 24/movies :). After all this, I go to bed late (around 02.00).
Yes I feel like I am sleeping too long, soon I'll start working out and try to make my lifestyle a bit healthier :)
How do your friends and family feel about your lifestyle as a pro-gamer ?
I wouldn't say that I am a pro-gamer yet... since I don't make a living out of it. My friends are very supportive, and so is my family. My parents are a different thing though... they whine a lot lately ;) (but I'm not blaming them; I know they just want the best for me).
So, the usual whine that most gamers get from their parents being: "Stop sitting behind your computer and go study or do anything -useful-" is not rare to you ? :p
Nope, not at all. They are right though :)
Can you tell us how you prepare before a big event or an important war even ? Do you have any specific things you do every time before a war like eating a candy or breath in & out 5 times for example ?
I don't have any ritual... I wish I knew what to do before a match :)
