Could you tell me a bit about the history of your team? My clan was formed about 5 years ago with CS.I wasn’t in that team but the clan leader was my friend and I decided to start a cod2 clan. The time we started is about 1 year and 6 months ago, the CS team was already inactive so the clan remained in my hands.
How competitive is the cod2 community in Malta? Any Online competitions or LANs?
Malta the cod2 talent is increasing every day, we have some very good players. LANs are held frequently but rarely there’s an online tournament. Unfortunately the competition is limited: sponsors are difficult to find and the prizes are sometimes disgusting.
How big is the cod2 community in Malta? Are there any other clans besides you? There are about over 100 players playing CoD2 but not exceeding 200. We lost some matches against Maltese rivals, there are good teams but I’m not saying they’re better than us: maybe we weren’t well prepared, but I think we will give them a taste of our talent in the next LANs. Until now only one team gave us hard time.
Is it easy for you to get support from Organizations from your country? Sponsors are very difficult to find. Some clans in Malta have a sponsor just to say they have sponsor but in fact the sponsor doesn’t give them anything at all.
Do you think you have equal chances as countries like the UK, Finland etc.. to practice and become better?
If we have the chance to play with less pings like other countries(we play always with 100 ping versus foreign people)we will do great. Maltese talent is rising and will be noticed among all competitors if we have the chance.
