The Samsung Battle of the Sexes is the ultimate male vs female challenge. Three fortunate female gamers were given the chance to pick up their weapons and train to defeat their male counterparts.

eerle Baetens (left), Ellen Follens and Charlotte van Brabander (right) were chosen by the judges to try their best at defeating Belgium's finest male players in Project Gotham Racing, Virtua Fighter and Guitar Hero III. They will take on their foes in a daring 1vs1 battle on the main stage. Win the challenge and they can go on to the Grand Finals of the World Cyber Games in Cologne instead of the winners of the Belgian qualifier.
The pressure is on for the male winners of the World Cyber Games qualifier as they will have to prove themselves a second time after winning their finals against these girls who have been training to defeat them.
The World Cyber Angels, as they are called, also received a lump sum of money (500 €), a Samsung Ladyphone, a Samsung 22" monitor, an XBOX 360 and an ADIDAS outfit.
During the World Cyber Games there will also be another "Battle of the Sexes" going on, but more on that in the next part.
